News Heroin ‘Uncut’ – The Films of Peter Carr and the Edinburgh Community Stories Behind Them In partnership with North Edinburgh Arts, we are screening Peter Carr's three part film series 'Heroin' which was filmed here in North Edinburgh in 1983.
